RevHD Expands Beyond the Wheel End with New Pinion Seal

New severe-duty solution highlights expanded product lineup at 2026 Mid-America Trucking Show


NASHVILLE, Tenn. – March 25, 2026 – RevHD, a leading provider of premium wheel end components, has announced the introduction of its new Rev-Pinion Severe-Duty Unitized Seal. This product extends the company’s “Maintenance Made Simple” philosophy beyond the wheel end to another critical drivetrain component. The Rev-Pinion Seal will make its show debut this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS), March 26-28, in Louisville, Kentucky.


For more than a decade, RevHD products have been simplifying maintenance for technicians while helping fleets reduce downtime and extend equipment life. The new Rev-Pinion Seal reflects that same practical, technician-focused design that takes the guesswork out of installation.

The Rev-Pinion Seal is built for broad applications, including severe-duty conditions, and meets or exceeds OE material standards for performance and reliability. The seal features:

  • Unitized design for fast, easy installation with standard tools

  • Press-fit outside diameter (OD) with integrated wear ring to prevent yoke wear and eliminate repair sleeves

  • Sealing lips are insulated from yoke contact to extend service life
